Many churches have experienced parents of children with disabilities who have spent years walking through grief, advocacy, school meetings, therapies, medical appointments, and learning to trust God through the unexpected. Those parents aren't simply recipients of ministry—they're one of the church's greatest untapped discipleship resources.
This workshop will introduce a practical Parent-to-Parent Discipleship Multiplication Model that helps churches intentionally move families through seasons of care. Rather than asking veteran parents to simply "help out," you'll learn how to create a pathway that intentionally develops them into disciple-makers for newer families.
